To establish an evalsuation index system for China's power device market, and make quantitative and qualitative scores from enterprise valuation, market value, revenue status, patent quantity, product competitiveness, enterprise potential and leadership level, list the top ten power device enterprises in China, and subdivide them into the three major fields: Power management IC, IGBT and MOSFET were sorted out (in no particular order), among which Huizhou Ganye Micro-Na was rated as a leading enterprise in the field of MOSFET.
